Shipping Policy

This policy explains how Eco Biznfc Solutions Private Limited ships ReviewStar standees and accessories to customers within India. Plans are digital and activate immediately after payment — they have no shipment.
1. Shipping is free across India
Standard shipping is free of cost on every order shipped within India. There are no minimum-order or hidden handling fees — the price you see in the cart is the price you pay.
We choose the courier partner based on the destination pincode to balance cost and reliability. Common partners include Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post.
2. Dispatch & delivery timelines
- Dispatch: orders are printed and packed within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation. Working days are Monday–Saturday, excluding national and Maharashtra state holidays.
- Delivery: courier transit typically takes 4–10 working days from dispatch, depending on destination. Metro and Tier-1 cities are faster (4–6 days); remote and Tier-3 areas may take longer (7–10 days).
- Total typical wait: most orders reach the customer within 7–14 working days from payment.
These are estimates — courier networks can be affected by weather, strikes, or carrier-side incidents. We monitor every shipment and proactively reach out if a courier flags a delay.
3. Expedited / express delivery (paid add-on)
If you need a standee at your counter faster than the standard window — for an event, store opening, or a delayed original order — we can ship via a priority courier (Bluedart Surface Express, Delhivery Express, etc.) for an additional charge. Email hello@reviewstar.in or WhatsApp +91 99306 18465 with your destination pincode and we'll quote the expedited rate before processing.
4. Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we email the AWB / tracking number along with the courier's tracking link. You can also see the latest status from your dashboard at Shop Orders if you signed up for a ReviewStar plan, or open the original order confirmation email and use the link inside.
5. Delivery address & failed deliveries
- Please double-check the shipping address and pincode at checkout. We use the address you submit; corrections after dispatch are courier-dependent and may not be possible.
- If the courier attempts delivery and finds the recipient unavailable, they typically retry 1–2 times before returning the parcel to us. A re-dispatch may incur a re-shipping fee.
- Standees are sent to physical street addresses only. We do not ship to PO boxes or unmanned lockers.
6. Coverage
- India only. We do not currently ship outside India.
- Some pincodes are non-serviceable by all our courier partners (mostly remote islands, conflict-affected districts, and certain restricted defence areas). If your pincode is non-serviceable, we will contact you within 1 working day of order placement to either arrange an alternate address or issue a full refund.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is not available. All orders must be paid online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, wallets, or net banking) at the time of checkout.
8. Damaged or wrong shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, see our Refund & Return Policy for the claim process and timelines. Short version: report within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage, within 7 days for defects or wrong-product cases, and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
